Space Age Tulip Swivel Armchair MCM Eames Saarinen Maurice Burke Robin Day Style
A gorgeous Space-Age Tulip swivel chair in excellent unused condition. Based on Finnish design maestro Eero Saarinen's classic 1950s design and made in the 1990s, this versatile swivel chair has been in storage ever since and will add sleek Mid Century Space Age cool and class to any interior.
Ideal as an occasional, office, reception or lounge chair with smart monochrome colouring, this comfy and stylish piece will suit just about any setting. It features a gorgeous broad & deep glossy white armchair seat with wonderfully flowing curves and contours, which is set on a contrasting chrome pole and sturdy, angular, Brutalist brushed steel legs with black rubber feet.
Built to last and suiting just about any era or setting, this timeless classic will add refined monochrome Mid Century class to any setting.
CONDITION
This is in very-good-to-excellent condition. Made in the 1990s, it's been in storage ever since and barring a few very minor marks from storage, it's in as-new condition. The seat cushion is currently removable and has velcro clasps to secure it in place and just requires an adhesive applied to them to attach them to the seat - please see the photos.
